Rope thimbles
Rope
thimbles are teardrop-shaped metal elements with a groove designed for
rope installation, used to reinforce a loop formed in a steel or fiber
rope, enabling convenient installation with other elements designed to
work with ropes.
They come in the following versions:
- thimble 6899B, a typical steel thimble made of sheet metal
- thimble - italian type, a lighter thimble than the 6899B thimble, made of thinner sheet metal
- thimble INOX316, a version of the thimble made of acid-resistant stainless steel
Our thimbles come in versions for working with ropes with diameters from 2 mm to 30 mm.
